Store Policy

All Clients must comply and agree to the waiver and policies when booking, if you have not signed an electronic or physical copy then we are unable to complete your services. 

 A valid credit card or debit card is required to secure your booking. It will be kept on file, we will not charge your card for any kind of deposit or holding fee, it will only be charged under the appropriate circumstances according to our cancellation policy.  

 If for any reason you have an outstanding fee, you must settle these charges before proceeding with future bookings. 

 Payment method can be securely added to your mind body profile or through NKD staff member  

 Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled start time.  

We prefer that all client confirm their appointment within 24 hours via an automated email sent to them through our MINDBODY System  

 WE NEED A MINIMUM OF 24 HOURS’ NOTICE FOR CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULING.  

 Late Arrival

We will do our best to accommodate your booking however completion of your services may not be guaranteed. If you are running late please call us as much notice as possible.  

 If you arrive late to your appointment and the esthetician cannot complete any services resulting in the need to reschedule, you will be required to pay $25 for the scheduled service booked, as this is less than 24 hours’ notice.  

 The appointment that is rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will result in a fee of $25 of the total services booked.  

 Appointments that are canceled or NO show with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a fee of $25 of the total services booked. 

 

MEMBERS ONLY: If Member cancels, reschedules, or NO shows the services with less than 24 hours notice  Will result in Charge a fee of $20 

 

If you are exhibiting any symptoms or have been in contact with anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19, Please cancel or reschedule your appointment immediately.
